Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Personal preference

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at saintrivieraclub@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
